If you like the old look from the early 1946, this is the place for a diner. Prompt service right when we sat down and got to meet the owner, she's such a sweetheart. I will be back again when I come to visit family. Thanks Jean

I have been dining there for over 20 years. I never had a time that I didn't love being there. The atmosphere was like visiting family. From bringing my babies 👶 and never had any problems having them there. If I could give them 10 stars I would ✨️ I would in a heart ❤️ beat. I want to thank you for not just being a restaurant but for the way you treat us like we're family. Blessings to all of you. Also I love your food never had steak the way you make it 😋 lol 😆

We were in town for a day. Came in for lunch and knew by the parking lot we picked right. My husband got the cheesesteak sandwich that was spectacular, and my kids chicken strips made it to our top 5 best ever! Our waitress was so sweet and friendly to top it off! We will definitely be back if we are driving through.

Jeans has been my favorite restaurant since I was born! I’ve never had a better cheesesteak in my life and never have I met such a kind and helpful staff that will bend over backwards to serve. I am always satisfied with the food, the service, and the gravy!

Real busy. But I guess that's good. After lunch rush. I try to get something different everything I go. You know the steaks are good but the burgers are on point and the chicken dinner.... Awesome

A true hidden gem of Yakima. You'll be happily surprised to learn this Inn is more like a steak house with a breakfast menu. The staff is friendly, the cooks are efficient, and the special of the day is usually what you wanted before you even knew you wanted it. They have their own signature seasoning and the meat comes from a local butcher shop. If you're looking for great prices, generous portions, and have an unrequited love for gravy, don't miss the chance to stop in. Family owned and operated since 1946, and they still have the register to prove it.

I’ve been going to this place since I was six months old, when I got my first job, I took my mom here every other month for lunch, as it’s been her favorite place for the past 40 years. After she passed, I come every so often to still feel close to her. Some of the staff still remember, and are always friendly, courteous, quick and accurate. I’ve never had a bad experience here and probably never will. The atmosphere is calm And their food is amazing, if you stop by the Yakima valley, or if you live here and have never been.. I can not recommend them highly enough.

BACKSTORY: My Peterbilt broke down. Got a hotel at Best Western. Asked the staff at the Dealership where I could get a good steak outside of the prices at Outback. The gentleman referred me to Jeans Cottage Inn MY VISIT: As soon as I walked in I was greeted & seated. The energy here is Awesome and the girls who bus, Take orders and serve all work together in a mind blowing fashion. I ordered the 16 oz t-bone steak. The potatoes were perfectly soft and mouthwatering. My steak was the mouth melting medium rare. This spot gets 5 stars from me for these reason 1. Hospitality (cute friendly girls) 2. Cleanliness (which is next to Godliness) 3. Portion sizes (it could feed small village) 4. Pricing ( money left over for a pk of smokes) 5. Ambience (the small mom & pop feel) I'm from Los Angeles and this is why I truck drive. To find and frequent these hidden Gems 💎. Yes, I will be back I need to try that deep fried French toast 😋
